Office Space: Paul Broun’s Wild Kingdom

Ex-Rep. Paul Broun’s office feels like something between a zoo and a pet cemetery. In 2010, CQ Roll Call visited the Georgia Republican’s space in the Cannon House Office Building, decorated with eight dead and stuffed animals — six heads and two full-sized creatures that look ready to pounce. “For the most part when people walk through that door — it’s almost universal — they look and they say, ‘Wow!’” Broun says. The animals are trophies the two-term congressman has collected from hunting trips around the world. Office Space is CQ Roll Call’s look into members’ office digs on Capitol Hill. Read more.
