What You Missed: Pope Francis’ Address It took only minutes for members of Congress to flout House chamber rules by taking photos and tweeting them during Pope Francis’ address Thursday morning.  

The unofficial leader out of the gate was Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., who snapped a pic as members prepared to welcome the pontiff.
