Obama Announces Departure of Education Secretary Duncan

Praising his work in education over the past seven years, President Barack Obama announced Friday the departure of Education Secretary Arne Duncan in December. According to an internal email Duncan sent to staff, Duncan said he made the decision to step down after months of commuting between Chicago, where his family is, and Washington.
