McConnell Expects Obamacare, Planned Parenthood in Budget Reconciliation Bill

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Tuesday said the Senate will take up budget reconciliation legislation after it passes the House, adding that his “hope and expectation” is it will include as much of a repeal of the 2010 health care law as possible, as well as a provision to defund Planned Parenthood.
