Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi announced Friday that 218 members had signed a discharge petition that will create an Oct. 26 vote to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank. “This is a very important day,” she said. “We have broken through the wall of obstruction in the Congress, to get the job done in a bipartisan way, which is what we all come here to do.”
