Russian Warship in Philippines for Naval exercise

The Philippine Star reports that “a warship from Russia’s Pacific Fleet docked in Manila on Tuesday morning in time for a maritime exercise with the Philippine Navy.”

“Russian Navy vessels Admiral Tributs, a large anti-submarine ship, and Boris Butoma, a large sea tanker, docked at Manila South Harbor, according to a report on Interaksyon.com.”

“Singapore-based Straits Times reported that the Russian vessels are in the Philippines for a ‘goodwill visit.'”
