The House and Senate planned on a rare bipartisan week in Washington to move financial and school safety measures. But then President Donald Trump fired Secretary of State Rex Tillerson via Twitter — and White House correspondent John T. Bennett says Democrats see the ensuing chaos as a good issue for midterm candidates.
