Ryan: Democrats’ Success in Pennsylvania 18 Not Repeatable

With the special election to fill former Rep. Tim Murphy’s Pennsylvania House seat still too close to call, Speaker Paul D. Ryan said on Wednesday that the results are not “a big surprise” and that Democratic candidate Conor Lamb’s performance will not be repeatable for Democrats across the country.
