Don’t expect a big infrastructure bill when the House returns to Washington after its two-week Easter and Passover break. But what you can expect, says House leadership reporter Lindsey McPherson, is a balanced budget amendment vote on the floor, which is unlikely to gain the two-thirds votes necessary for constitutional amendment.
