Senate Pays Tribute to Assistant Parliamentarian Michael Beaver

Senate leaders Mitch McConnell and Charles E. Schumer joined Chaplain Barry C. Black in paying tribute on the Senate floor to Assistant Parliamentarian Michael Beaver, who died at the age of 39 last week.
