Gallagher, Last Year’s ACLI Congressional Winner, Trains for Wednesday’s Race

Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., was the first member to cross the finish line in last year’s ACLI Challenge, a local Hill tradition pitting lawmakers, staff, journalists and more against each other in a three-mile race. He spoke to Heard on the Hill reporter Alex Gangitano about his training for this year’s race and his friendly competition with Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., who placed second for lawmakers in 2017’s ACLI challenge.
