McConnell, Schumer Disagree on Rule Change Pertaining to Judge Nominations

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., spoke on Tuesday about his opinion on changing the rules for judge nominations on Tuesday. He and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., also each discussed the pace of progress of appropriations bills as the measures compete for time with nominations on the Senate floor.
