Congress Debates Immigration and Appropriations, But Trump’s Focused on North Korea and Mueller

The House could vote later this month on an immigration plan that the president has yet to weigh in on, and White House correspondent John T. Bennett says to not count on it given President Donald Trump’s eye on the North Korea summit this week.
