Bob Corker laid into his fellow Republicans for blocking a vote on an amendment to the defense authorization bill that would require Senate approval of certain executive branch proposals on trade and tariffs. Watch for his remarks, where he said GOP members are afraid to “poke the bear,” referring to the president, ahead of the midterm elections.
