The political arm of the moderate New Democrat Coalition is adding 11 more candidates to its watch list Thursday.

The PAC is now supporting 40 candidates.

Inclusion on the PAC’s watchlist comes with a $1,000 check, but does not signify a full endorsement. NewDemPAC started the watch list last fall as a way to get involved in races earlier.

The PAC has endorsed 14 candidates so far. It plans to add more candidates to its watch list over the course of the cycle and make additional endorsements.

“New Democrats believe in a big tent that values diversity of ideas on the path to solving tough problems,” NewDemPAC political director Jon Boughtin said in a statement.

“These candidates embody the cooperative approach to ending the gridlock in Washington that voters are eager to support. We are thrilled to welcome them to the team and look forward to a successful year ahead,” Boughtin added.

The latest additions are:

  • Clarke Tucker (AR-02)
  • TJ Cox (CA-21)
  • Chris Hunter (FL-12)
  • Lauren Underwood (IL-14)
  • Dan Feehan (MN-01)
  • Xochitl Torres-Small (NM-02)
  • Steven Horsford (NV-04)
  • Danny O’Connor (OH-12)
  • Veronica Escobar (TX-16)
  • Colin Allred (TX-32)
  • Jennifer Wexton (VA-10)
