Yep, that’s a giant joint on the lawn of the Capitol

Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton joined pro-cannabis activists at a Tuesday rally

Activists with various D.C.-area pro-cannabis groups rallied on the East Lawn of the Capitol on Tuesday to urge Congress to take action on marijuana legalization. Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton, D-D.C., was among the speakers at the event.

“It’s time for Congress got the memo, the country is already there on legalization,” Holmes Norton said.
