The annual Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival, which celebrates the historic Black communities of Montgomery County, took place in Cabin John Regional Park in Bethesda, Md., on Wednesday. 

Democratic Senate nominee Angela Alsobrooks attended the event, canvassing voters while joining in the festivities. Here are some photos from the Juneteenth celebration.
