Samantha Power, the former administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, greets and comforts recently fired USAID employees on Thursday outside of the agency’s now-closed headquarters in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington. Supporters offered the fired workers packing boxes and food as they exited the building with their personal belongings.
