Off the Sidelines PAC, the leadership PAC of Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., reported it had receipts of $1,329,759 and disbursements of $788,835 from July 1 through December 25, leaving $984,754 cash on hand. For 2013, through 12/25, the PAC had receipts of $2,223,012. The PAC appeared to target large donors. The PAC received $1,156,675 from 996 itemized contributions, with an average contribution of over $1,100. Half of these donors came from New York and 22% came from California.
