A Congressional candidate running in a special general election in December is far ahead of her Republican opponent in fundraising and spending. Democrat Katherine Clark, D-Mass., and Frank John Addivinola, R-Mass., are running in a December 10th special general election in the 5th Congressional District of Massachusetts, to fill the seat formerly held by former Rep.
