Former Rep. Ronald V. Dellums, who died Monday at the age of 82, cut a striking figure in the halls of Congress, a tall, well-dressed man whose presence cameras gravitated toward. Here is a short selection of some of Roll Call’s favorite pictures of the California Democrat, who was first elected to his Oakland-area district in 1970 and served until stepping down in the middle of his 14th term in 1998.
