Whodunit? A Note of Encouragement Awaits Ford in Senate Judiciary Room

Just hours until one of the most anticipated Senate hearings in decades, someone has left a message for Christine Blasey Ford.

It’s unknown who left a note that says, “Good luck, Dr. Ford,” on the witness table where the California professor will testify about accusations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh — who is also set to testify on Thursday.

A Roll Call photographer, checking out lighting and angles ahead of Thursday’s 10 a.m. hearing, noticed the notepad in the Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing room on Capitol Hill.
