It’s the Congress returns podcast. Members return to Washington in a time of flux: Congressional districts are being redrawn willy-nilly. The Epstein files are still out there. Censure resolutions abound! The National Guard is here, there, everywhere. Approval ratings are down for the president and Congress. Let’s break it down.
