On Thursday, Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., tweeted “Dude, where's my car?” His black Ford sports utility vehicle had been stolen. By Thursday evening, he posted another tweet: “Dude, that's my car." At 5:30 p.m., a person spotted someone driving the car through a Wilmington, Del., neighborhood, along with another car reported stolen that day. The person informed the police, who then pulled a marked police car next to the stolen cars. “Numerous juveniles” ran out of the two cars in different directions, according to Delaware Online . The juveniles have not been found. Coons tweeted his thanks to the Wilmington Police Department. Coons’ wife, Annie, turned the engine on to warm it up and went back inside house. She left the keys in the ignition and came back outside to find the car gone.
