<p class="p1"><span class="s1">As Hillary Clinton's lead in the polls continues to hold, a pro-Clinton super PAC is suspending advertisements in three major swing states, despite the fact that many voters still say they don't trust her.</span></p><p class="p1"><span class="s1">Priorities USA Action, a super PAC that was started to support President Barack Obama in 2012 and now backs Clinton, announced it was <a shape="rect" href="https://www.cnn.com/2016/08/15/politics/hillary-clinton-super-pac-advertising/index.html"><span class="s2">suspending </span></a>advertising in Virginia, Colorado and Pennsylvania from Sept. 2 to 20.</span></p><p class="p1"><span class="s1">Recent NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist <span class="s2"><a shape="rect" href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/first-read/polls-clinton-ahead-trump-midwest-battlegrounds-n626541">polls</a> </span>showed Clinton, the Democratic candidate, leading Republican rival Donald Trump by <a shape="rect" href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/polls-clinton-running-table-key-battlegrounds-n629136">double digits</a> among registered voters in all three states.</span></p><p class="p1">[<em><strong><a shape="rect" href="https://www.rollcall.com/news/polls-clinton-pulling-ahead-in-battleground-states">Polls: Clinton Pulls Ahead in Battleground States</a></strong></em>]</p><p class="p1"><span class="s1">But another NBC <span class="s2"><a shape="rect" href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/poll-clinton-maintains-big-lead-voters-doubt-trump-s-temperament-n631351?cid=sm_tw">poll</a> </span>conducted with SurveyMonkey found that while Clinton would defeat Trump if the election were held today, only 11 percent say the Democrat is trustworthy.
